Great Resignation: react to the crisis and find a new way to work

The phenomenon of Great Resignation (started in the USA but increasingly widespread in Europe) is a source of concern for companies and Executives, who see the integrity and stability of their teams threatened. However, this strong break with the past is also an opportunity to rethink how we work and reshape the future. To do this, however, it is essential to first understand the reasons behind this change in the relationship between leaders and collaborators, both collectively and individually. What are "turnover shocks" and why are they becoming more widespread? How to avoid the "contagion" effect among workers? And how can companies change to be more resilient to future shocks?

During this meeting, participants will have the opportunity to discuss with Anthony Klotz, Human Resources expert and creator of the expression "Great Resignation", the first that has identified a trand that soon exploded globally. Participants will be able to deepen not only the causes and consequences of this phenomenon but also the strategies that companies can put in place to prevent it and turn it, indeed, into an opportunity for improvement for companies and workers.

Specifically, the participants will be able to deepen the following aspects:

  • Great Resignation: causes and consequences for people and companies
  • respond to the crisis by reinventing the way we work
  • the hidden potential in the offboarding process
