It is easy for multinational organizations to fall into the trap of defining policies of Diversity, Equity & Inclusion (DEI) on a global level without dwelling enough on how to implement it locally. This can be a challenge both for the "central" HQs, unable to differentiate their strategies according to the uniqueness of the different territories, and for the "Regions" that see rules and guidelines sometimes difficult to implement in their own reality.
