Artificial intelligence, especially in its latest evolution of Generative AI, is radically transforming the world of marketing. So a pronounced change that we will probably speak of "pre-AI" and "post-AI" marketing. For this reason, it is critical for companies, and CMOs in particular, to have as clear an idea as possible of what this "new" world will be like.
 
What will Marketing look like in this new era? What will change and what will remain the same? What opportunities will there be? What challenges?
 
This Summit aims to offer participants the opportunity to think and discuss about these issues, helped by the debate with world-renowned Global Executives, academics, and experts who will share future challenges and successful strategies to best prepare for and cope with these changes. In addition to AI in the narrow sense, other topics, equally important in building a successful Marketing strategy today and tomorrow, will also be addressed.
 
In particular, participants will be able to explore the following aspects:

  • customer experience evolutions: the role of data, new technologies and Generative AI
  • the challenge of managing public opinion on current sensitive issues (climate, society, politics)
  • creating effective storytelling in the age of AI
  • converging physical and digital experiences.
As usual, wide space will be dedicated to debate and discussion not only with the speakers, but also with other participants.
