One of the major challenges for Executives is to achieve their goals without compromising their well-being and the well-being of the teams they lead. This is not only an ethical issue but also a matter of performance. It has been demonstrated that a stimulating work environment with reasonable stress levels can have a positive impact on an organization's results and the quality of life of its members. Indeed, a culture that values both results and well-being is key for attracting and retaining talents. 
 
What are the individual, team, and organizational strategies for balancing performance and well-being? How are companies addressing this?  
 
The aim of this meeting with Eugenio Sidoli, CEO of Max Mara, and Marcello Russo, Expert in corporate well-being, is to provide participants with the most recent best practices in the field of well-being, to find a balance between personal well-being and performance for both themselves and their organization.
