Today, four different generations coexist in the workplace, representing thu a complex challenge for both leaders and for corporations as a whole. Bringing together often very different sensitivities can in fact be a source of friction and potential intergenerational conflicts. By managing them in the right way, however, you will be able to get the best from each generation, creating better decision-making processes, a more stimulating working environment and, ultimately, an overall better performance.
 
Are generations really that different? In what way? And what kind of strategies should we adopt to make them work best?
 
The aim of this meeting is to discuss the challenges and opportunities offered by generational diversity in the workforce. To do this, participants will be able to interact with Luca Quaratino, an expert Professor of Organizational Behavior, who will propose some very urgent and topical food for thought. Among these: 

  • a survey of generations: myths, biases, and real differences
  • prevent intergenerational conflicts and create a good working environment for all
  • retention: how to make young people happy without alienating the old (and vice versa)
  • ageism: an obstacle to productivity?
