Wednesday, December 4, 2024 (2:30 pm - 7:00 pm) Meeting

AGGIORNAMENTO PERMANENTE
IN PERSON AND VIA WEB
The ageing challenge: living and working in an ageing society (with networking cocktail)

Palazzo Montemartini Largo Giovanni Montemartini, 20 - 00185 ROMA

In this meeting, participants will delve into the demographic trends of a longer-living yet aging society, and into the often less visible challenges and opportunities this shift presents for businesses. On one hand, it necessitates seeking new potential within an older workforce; on the other, it underscores the importance of optimizing the coexistence of different generations within the workplace.

By the end of this meeting, participants will gain:

  • a deeper understanding of the demographic landscape of global and Italian aging: why it can represent an economic growth opportunity rather than a burden
  • strategies to attract, retain, and develop older talent, keeping pace with the increasing longevity of society
  • examples of best practices for managing a multigenerational workforce, providing inspiration to create dynamics within their own companies that harness the full potential of both younger and older employees.
