Humanocracy: trust, talent, and initiative at the heart of change (with networking lunch)

Sede da definire VERONA

Today’s organizations are facing increasingly unpredictable and complex scenarios. In this context, the rigid, hierarchical management models of the past are revealing all their limitations. To remain relevant and resilient, it is essential to redefine how people collaborate, make decisions, and create value.
In this session, Michele Zanini, co-author of the book Humanocracy, will offer a fresh perspective on organizations - one that places people, trust, and initiative at the core. A model in which every individual can contribute authentically to the growth of the organization.

During the conversation, we will focus on:

  • how to break free from bureaucratic constraints and build organizations that are more vibrant, bold, and adaptive
  • how to activate people’s creative and entrepreneurial potential by fostering trust and widespread accountability
  • how to design dynamic, human-centered work environments where transparency, competence, and ownership drive performance.
