Today, teams are at the heart of organizations. More and more often, they are made up of people with different backgrounds, skills, sensitivities, and ways of communicating. In this context, the real challenge is not to eliminate differences, but to recognize them as a resource. This session aims to spark a reflection on the value of interconnection within workgroups: how diversity can meet, align, and become a driving force for making a difference, both in projects and in organizational dynamics.
Participants will have the opportunity to hear from Stefano Bartezzaghi, writer, semiologist, and puzzler, who will offer an original perspective on teamwork, using the metaphor of the crossword puzzle to explore how different viewpoints can come together in a meaningful and generative way, creating shared understanding, collaboration, and value.
