In this session, Professor Adrian Furnham will guide us on a journey into the personality traits that shape leadership, highlighting both their potential and their risks. Character and individual inclinations can foster motivation and performance, but if poorly managed, they may also lead to conflict, drops in productivity, and professional failure.
Joining the discussion with Furnham will be Alessandro Profumo, Chairman of Rialto Venture Capital, who will share his reflections and personal experience on these themes, enriching the dialogue with the perspective of someone who has led complex organizations with strong self-awareness and deliberate leadership choices.
