When the stakes are high: negotiation techniques for Executives (with networking lunch)

Sede da definire FIRENZE

In today’s corporate environment, increasingly shaped by complex interactions and shared decision-making processes, negotiation stands out as a crucial tool.
This session offers executives a unique opportunity to learn—through the experience of an expert in high-stakes negotiations—approaches and insights that can also be applied to business negotiation dynamics.
Through theoretical models and real-life cases, the session will demonstrate how strategies used in high-risk negotiations can be effectively adapted to enhance communication and negotiation skills within organizations.

By the end of the session, participants will have:

  • learned techniques to handle difficult conversations and complex negotiations, mastering the ability to manage emotions, build trust, and foster dialogue while preventing conflicts
  • acquired the ability to interact with hostile or “difficult” counterparts, drawing lessons from real scenarios involving kidnappings and hostage situations
  • understood the most common mistakes made under pressure, including words, attitudes, and behaviors that can compromise the outcome of a negotiation.
