In a global market dominated by uncertainty, rapid change, and fierce competition, no organization can truly consider itself safe. Competitive advantage is increasingly fragile: a single disruptive innovation or a wrong decision can radically change the rules of the game. Today, more than ever, leaders must be able to respond with clarity and agility, turning challenges into opportunities.

Formula 1 is the perfect paradigm for this scenario: every detail, no matter how small, can determine victory or defeat.
