Executive Negotiation Workshop
The art of strategic negotiation (English only)

Anyone can study negotiation tactics and strategies, but becoming a true negotiator requires much more. The ability to recognize power dynamics, manage emotions, and communicate effectively are all crucial elements in the art of negotiation. Equally important is developing a deep understanding of both your own negotiation style and that of your counterpart. This is often what turns an ordinary deal into one that is strategic, impactful, and transformative.

This executive workshop is designed with exactly that goal in mind.

Participants will:

  • Explore the systemic nature of conflict: how it arises, escalates, and ultimately gets resolved within organizational settings
  • Be introduced to models and frameworks that provide tools for analyzing negotiation processes and preparing strategically for successful outcomes
  • Engage in individual and group activities aimed at better understanding their own negotiation style and needs, in order to more clearly identify both their preferences and those of their counterpart.

The entire workshop, including all activities, will be conducted in English.
Registration implies a commitment to participate in both days of the workshop.

3:50 pm - 5:20 pm Managing emotions – identifying key emotions and root causes, how they impact behavior, how to address then constructively (through neuroscience fundamentals)
5:20 pm - 5:30 pm Concluding remarks
