There are only three levers to increase profits: price (pricing), volumes, and costs. Of these levers, pricing is both the strongest and the fastest. Nevertheless, pricing is often overlooked or managed in a non-systematic and non-innovative way, missing out on important opportunities to maximize profits. Companies that instead devote proper attention to price management are the ones with margins significantly above the average of their industry.
How can profits be maximized through optimal pricing management? What are the best practices and concrete, tangible business cases we can draw inspiration from?
