In a context where change is constant and often accelerated by technological, social, and economic dynamics, transformation is no longer an option but a necessary step for every organization. In light of this inevitability, it becomes essential to understand how to support individuals and teams through evolution processes that are both effective and sustainable.

Marco Grazioli’s talk will offer an integrated perspective, combining the strategic and human dimensions, and will explore three crucial aspects of contemporary transformation:

  • different generations at work: how to recognize diverse needs, styles, and motivations, leveraging intergenerational richness while preventing misunderstandings or friction
  • managing multi-team environments: cross-functional and often hybrid contexts that require coordination, clarity of objectives, and a widespread ability to build connections across different groups
  • “untangling” organizational and relational knots: addressing those challenges — sometimes visible, sometimes hidden — that slow down transformation and create operational ambiguity.
