(*) Service aimed at executives and middle managers in which AP members can participate.
Sede da definire ROMA

Artificial Intelligence is accelerating the transformation of roles and skills, making reskilling a critical lever to prepare people for the future of work.
In a context where technologies evolve rapidly, updating and developing new capabilities is a necessary condition to remain relevant and competitive.
At the same time, reskilling today requires a broader perspective: it is not only about acquiring new skills, but also about the ability to reframe and leverage existing capabilities, transferring them into new contexts and evolving roles.
Preparing people for the future therefore means supporting them in a continuous journey of development, where adaptability, interpretation of change and integration of experiences become an integral part of reskilling itself.

During this session, participants will have the opportunity to:

  • hear the testimony of Francesco Pannofino, who, through the story of his professional journey, will show how skills can be adapted and transferred over time to evolve roles and remain relevant, and will offer a concrete perspective on how creative professions are also being transformed in the technological era.

Further details will follow.
