Making analytics and AI work in HR

Sede da definire BOLOGNA

Leaders face growing pressure to integrate AI and analytics into HR functions. Despite their significant potential, many initiatives stall, fall short of expectations, or raise legitimacy and governance concerns. This session moves beyond the technological hype to focus on what truly enables effective adoption of analytics and AI in HR. Drawing on the latest academic research and hands-on experience with people analytics teams, participants will explore how HR executives can move from tools to impact. They will examine why adoption is as much an organizational and process challenge as a technological one, and how HR can strengthen credibility, trust, and strategic value in the age of AI.

Participants will leave with practical insights on:

  • when AI and analytics add value to HR decisions — and when they do not
  • how to design effective human–AI collaboration rather than automate judgment away
  • common adoption pitfalls and how to avoid them.
