The leader as conductor: harnessing individual talents to build collective results (with networking lunch)

Session with live accompaniment by a string quartet
Sede da definire NAPOLI

In this session, the comparison between orchestra and business becomes a practical lens for understanding what it means to work in complex environments, where results and performance depend on the quality of relationships, active listening, and the ability to move as a cohesive whole rather than as individuals.

Guided by Daniele Agiman, participants will be taken through a journey that demonstrates how working together harmoniously requires shared responsibility, and how the leader’s role is to create the conditions that allow each individual’s uniqueness to flourish while aligning it with a common vision.

In particular, the session will address the following topics:

  • teamwork: balancing individual strengths and building a cohesive team, like an orchestral ensemble, to collaborate in harmony toward a shared goal
  • the role of the leader: providing direction and meaning to collective action, just as a conductor guides the orchestra, creating the conditions for diverse skills to integrate effectively

In his reflections, Maestro Agiman will be accompanied by the string quartet of I Musici di Parma.
