Decisions are often shaped by cognitive biases and mental shortcuts that simplify reality, yet may also lead to systematic errors. Developing the ability to recognize and manage these dynamics can significantly improve the quality and effectiveness of decisions, especially in critical situations.

During this meeting, participants will have the opportunity to:

• hear from Nicola Rizzoli, who will share his experience on some of the world’s most important international stages, reflecting on what it means to make decisions within seconds under intense pressure while managing mistakes, responsibility and external judgment
• explore with Alessandro Mora the main cognitive biases that influence managerial decisions - from confirmation bias and anchoring bias to the affect heuristic - gaining practical tools to better distinguish and manage data, perceptions and emotions in everyday decision-making processes.
