Leadership and Trust: building confidence, maintaining credibility, and recovering after a crisis

In this webinar, participants will explore the theme of trust—one of the most critical assets for effective leadership and organizational success. In an environment where credibility, public support, and reputation take years to build but can be damaged in an instant, the ability to earn and sustain the trust of employees, customers, and stakeholders has become a strategic capability for navigating change and managing complexity.

Bill de Blasio, former Mayor of New York City, who led the city through some of the most significant economic, social, and public health challenges of recent years, will share practical insights and first-hand experiences on how leaders can build, maintain, and restore trust among employees, citizens, customers, and other stakeholders.

Drawing on real-world case studies and lessons learned while leading one of the world's most complex cities, the session will examine the role of transparency, consistency, and credibility in modern leadership. It will also provide practical guidance on communicating effectively during times of crisis and rebuilding trust after mistakes, organizational change, or particularly challenging situations.
