Turning Extraordinary Goals into Concrete Results: Mission (almost) Impossible? (with networking lunch)

Sede da definire TORINO

In this session, participants will understand why many of the most ambitious challenges in organizations fail not for lack of vision or talent, but for the absence of a system capable of translating ambition into execution. In a context marked by growing complexity and pressure to change, the ability to turn stretch goals into results is today a crucial competitive advantage.

Guided by Simone Ferriani, Professor of Entrepreneurship at Bayes Business School in London, and through the testimony of Fabio Zaffagnini, Founder of Rockin'1000—one of the most extraordinary examples of large-scale coordination—participants will explore an operational framework for managing stretch goals and the organizational conditions that make it possible to turn extraordinary ambitions into concrete results, identifying where execution tends to stall and how to translate challenging goals into clear accountabilities, operational milestones and measurable indicators. Because the value lies not in achieving the impossible, but in building a managerial system capable of pursuing it with awareness and credibility.

In particular, participants will be able to:

  • Acquire an operational framework to analyze and manage the organization's most ambitious challenges
  • Understand how to distinguish an effective stretch goal from an unrealistic one
  • Surface the critical interdependencies between teams, projects and responsibilities
  • Define concrete actions to close the gap between strategy, execution and results.
