In this Masterclass, participants, guided by Paolo Gallo, executive coach, author and international expert in leadership and management development, will explore the fundamental dimensions of leadership through the framework he developed, which places the ability to understand and manage oneself at the core as a prerequisite for effectively understanding, engaging and leading others.
Through a highly interactive journey combining presentations and exercises, the Masterclass will provide practical tools to increase awareness of personal attitudes and behavioural patterns, strengthen the ability to lead and empower others, and develop more effective leadership throughout the different stages of one’s professional journey.
