During the meeting, participants will have the opportunity to engage with Luca Giustiniano, Professor of Organization and Management at LUISS University, on an increasingly central question for leaders and organizations: how can companies become capable of adapting rapidly to change without losing coordination, accountability, and strategic direction?

In a context characterized by increasing complexity, faster decision-making, and continuous transformation, traditional organizational models are increasingly being put to the test.
