In this session, participants will explore the seven deadly sins as a lens through which to examine the behaviours that shape organizational life, understanding how impulses, emotions, ambitions and vulnerabilities can influence leadership, professional relationships and the quality of decision-making.

Every organization is ultimately shaped by the decisions, relationships and behaviours of the people within it. Behind major managerial challenges – from leadership and team management to building trust and making effective decisions – lie deeply human dynamics. Although rooted in a centuries-old tradition, the seven deadly sins and their corresponding virtues still offer a surprisingly relevant perspective for understanding what drives our behaviour and the dynamics that emerge within organizations.

During the session, Massimo Picozzi will take participants on a journey through history, psychology and human nature, exploring how the seven deadly sins can also manifest themselves in the workplace. Through real-life cases, examples and reflections, participants will have the opportunity to recognize how these dynamics can affect organizational climate, professional relationships and overall effectiveness, while also reflecting on the qualities that can provide a natural counterbalance. An original perspective to develop greater awareness of ourselves and others, and to foster a more balanced, authentic and self-aware approach to leadership.
