Sustainability as lever of transformation: the L'Oréal case



In recent years, companies have profoundly transformed their strategies, placing environmental sustainability at the heart of their business models. Today we are entering a phase of further acceleration of this process and L'Oréal has decided to focus on three key elements:

  • reduce environmental impact
  • generate higher social inclusion
  • lead consumers to make more sustainable choices.
In this webinar, Alexandra Palt will illustrate some of the main targets of L’Oréal's sustainability plan, sharing ideas and reflections that could be useful to other companies. In particular, the following topics will be addressed:
  • how to empower consumers in choosing sustainable goods
  • how to reduce the impact of supply chain and production on the environment
  • how to evaluate and improve social and environmental performance of the final product.
