The retail sector and the customer experience in general are facing a crucial turning point. In recent years, in fact, politics, the environment and technology have greatly influenced the way we shop, giving a jolt to the industry. As a consequence of the pandemic, these trends have accelerated further, creating a time of disruption that creates economic uncertainty and leaves companies and experts with many questions to answer.
During this meeting, Alexis Mavrommatis, Professor of Marketing and expert in retail and customer experience, will try, also through the analysis of best practices, to guide us through some of these important issues, including:
