Intentional leaderships: discussion, communication, action

Nowadays, every person who holds a leading role, on every level, must:

have an innovative and clear vision of what they intend to achieve
communicate it to their team crystal-clear
set a well-defined goal
make sure that everyone in their team can understand it
encourage them to reach it.

Leaders who work "intentionally" always act for a purpose, for a vision and for their authenticity.
Furthermore, these leaders are deeply aware that their attitudes and behaviour affect the mood of their team every day.
Their very presence has an impact, and this powerful truth can be exploited effectively or have very negative effects.
