Giving feedback effectively and constructively is always a challenge, even for the best and most experienced leaders. Correcting but also valuing the mistakes of one’s resources to make them grow is fundamental for the dynamics of a team and for its success. What are the best ways a leader can do this? How to be direct but constructive at the same time? How can leaders not risk to generate demotivation?

In this meeting, participants will receive from one of the leading experts on the subject practical indications and strategies to be implemented with their collaborators to stimulate, improve and motivate them.
