Now more than ever, we are currently forced to work remotely. In this situation, leaders are under considerable pressure. On the one hand, they need to maintain a high level of motivation of their team in a positive and collaborative environment, while continuing to measure performance and ensuring the achievement of the business results set.
During this meeting, Jennifer Jordan will share some best practices for leading virtual teams and confronting with obstacles related to remote working, to achieve an equal (if not higher) level of engagement and effectiveness when operating in a virtual environment.
