The story of Umani Ronchi, owned by the Bianchi-Bernetti family, is a story of lives, vines, lands and values. A story that begins more than fifty years ago in Cupramontana, where the heart of the classic Verdicchio beats. From there it expanded to many other neighbouring areas, arriving today at a vineyard area of 210 hectares per 185 km. of rows distributed along the coast of the Adriatic, between the hills and the sea: numbers that tell a continuous search around the "best" land and the most advanced agronomic and wine making techniques.
In this meeting, we will see the harvest of the native vines of the area of Monte Conero and the wines that are born: thanks to the influence of the sea, cool temperatures and calcareous soil, the cultivation of red berried grapes of Montepulciano, that here take the name of Rosso Conero, produces wines that combine typicality, purity and elegance.
